Customer data is collected and processed with the customer’s consent.
CONTENT OF THE REGISTER
Name, E-mail address, and in some cases also Telephone number & Company name for marketing purposes.
The aino.immo app also collects other personal data that the user can provide if they wish. Users can also ask peers to provide their insights on the user. The user has access to manage the publicity of this type of information and can always choose whether to publicly show the collected data or not. The user can also always delete any information they – or their peers – have given. The aino.immo site and app also utilize analytics tools that use cookies to help develop the user experience and targeting marketing communications.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal information is retained for 2 years after becoming non-active on aino.immo.
REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION
The register collects information about the person themself and about the registers kept by the authority within the limits permitted by law. Data is also collected using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

He also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.
The data subject has the right to withdraw his or her previous consent to the processing of data or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of his or her personal data.
The data subject also has the right to prohibit the use of his data for direct marketing purposes.
